For travelers who can eat, take their own medication and use the restroom independently, without medical care.
Family Travel Companions
When family cannot travel alongside, we help travelers understand flight information, navigate the airport and meet their designated pickup person.
For minors or travelers with additional care needs, authorization documents and the scope of support must be confirmed separately.
Pet Travel Companions
We assess flights, airport procedures and available companionship based on the needs of travelers journeying with their pets.
Each case is subject to airline, border and animal health requirements. Cabin carriage and entry are not guaranteed.

Which routes can you accompany?
Share your origin, destination and dates. flywith assesses each request based on the itinerary and companion availability. No fixed routes are currently published.
Can you help travelers who need a wheelchair or care?
You can request an assessment, but wheelchair assistance must be confirmed with the airline. Travelers needing transfers, restroom assistance or medical care require appropriately qualified care services.
Does family companionship include children?
You may request an assessment. For minors, age, guardian authorization, travel documents and airline requirements must be reviewed. Not every request can be accepted.
Can pets always travel in the cabin?
No. Species, size, routes and airline policies vary. The transport method, documents and applicable requirements must be confirmed first.
How are companionship fees calculated?
Quotes depend on the route, companionship time, connections and necessary expenses. Initial assessment is free, and fees are explained before confirming service.
Does completing the form confirm a booking?
No. The form organizes your initial request. You must send the email, after which feasibility, scope and pricing are reviewed. An arrangement is established only after written confirmation by both parties.
Do you guarantee visas or entry?
No. Travelers and pets must meet applicable travel and entry requirements. The responsible authorities make the final decision.
